Digital Products & Refund Policy

This policy governs the sale and refund of digital products available on our website, including but not limited to ebooks sold separately or as part of a special offer. By purchasing a digital product, the customer fully agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Nature of Digital Products

The digital products sold on our website, including ebooks, are intangible goods delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Since digital products can be accessed and downloaded instantly, they cannot be returned or refunded once the purchase has been completed.

2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

In accordance with consumer protection laws and international policies regarding digital goods, we do not offer refunds for digital products, except in the following cases:

  • The payment was mistakenly charged due to a technical processing error.
  • The customer did not receive access to the product due to a technical failure, and the issue was not resolved within 7 business days after being reported.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept refund requests based on a change of mind or if the customer no longer wants the product.

3. Chargeback and Dispute Protection

In the event of a dispute or chargeback request through PayPal or Shopify Paymentes, we reserve the right to provide clear evidence that the digital product was delivered and accessed by the customer. This evidence may include, but is not limited to:

  • Proof of payment and electronic delivery of the product.
  • Server logs showing that the product was accessed or downloaded.
  • The user’s agreement to our terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Filing a chargeback for a downloaded digital product is considered fraud, and we reserve the right to take appropriate actions to protect our business.

4. Exceptions & Support
