EU Legal Guarantee
Legal guarantee: minimum two-year protection for goods sold in the European Union
If you live in the European Union, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. You can use your rights if, for example, the goods:
- do not match their description;
- do not work as they should.
Sellers are responsible for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period (at least 2 years). In that case the seller must offer free repair or free replacement of the goods and, in some cases, a price reduction or a full refund.

What to do if the goods you received do not conform
- Contact us as soon as possible to report the problem.
- Provide proof of purchase, for example your order confirmation, invoice or bank statement.
Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply in addition to the legal guarantee.
